The OBGMs

About The OBGMs:

The OBGMs (The oOohh Baby Gimme Mores) are a Canadian punk rock quartet based out of Toronto, Ontario. Founded in 2007, by Densil McFarlane (Lead Vocals and Guitar) and Colanthony Humphrey (Percussion), the band fully formed their unique sound with additions Jemuel Roberts (Keyboard, Vocals) and Joseph Brosnan (Bass, Vocals).

The lead single and video “Beat Up Kidz” (dir. Ryan Enn Hughes) off their freshman self-titled debut album released September 2014 was broadcasted on outlets such as Sean “Diddy” Combs’ REVOLT TV, Ebony Magazine, Vimeo’s Staff Pick, and AUX TV. Since then, their sophomore video and second single “Torpedo” (also directed by Hughes) has been met with nation-wide praise, broadcasting on MUCH under heavy rotation.

They have shared the stage with notable artists such as Bad Brains, Anti-Flag, Glassjaw, Thee Oh Sees, Saul Williams and Unlocking The Truth. Showcased at music festivals including OSHEAGA, AfroPunk Festival, Iceland Airwaves, SXSW, IndieWeek, NXNE, Ottawa Bluesfest, Le Festival d’été de Québec and Budweiser’s Made In America. This band oozes pure energy and truly starts the party.
